When Javelin Guilford opened his floral shop in downtown Rocky Mount three years ago, there wasn't much going on. At first it was a struggle, but as his business grew, so did the downtown. Guilford is one of a growing list of business owners moving in as they see the potential that Rocky Mount can soon again be a thriving, vibrant district.
