Artist Norma Refsal has been teaching her Sámi-inspired bracelet class for several years at the Milan Village Arts School. The Sámi are an indigenous people who have traditionally resided near the Arctic Circle in northern Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Kola Peninsula in Russia and Reindeer husbandry is a large part of their livelihood.
