Family-owned cultivating business may sue if denied license

'G’s Trees Cultivation Club' is run by Luke McCann and his family in Red Bank. The family say they invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to start the company. On Wednesday night, the borough council will vote on an ordinance that would overhaul how cannabis is sold in Red Bank, restricting licenses to one cultivator and three retail shops for the borough.
