What the Town of Rolesville is learning from their unprecedented growth.
Over the past decade, the fastest-growing incorporated community in North Carolina was Rolesville, a once-tiny town just east of Raleigh. In those nine years, Rolesville more than doubled in size, from 3,811 people to 8,501. Town leaders say they’re preparing for even more growth as the real estate market continues to heat up.
